Our story begins in the Tsardom Russia. The hotel guests arrive one by one, including Sybill, a singer from Paris, the Grand Duke, the Governor, Petrov the Moscow bodyguard and many others.
In this beautiful Russian winter atmosphere, where the samovar buzzes and the snow falls, the evening - organized to honor the governor - has everything to unfold Sybill’s and Petrov's love. However, the way until lovers can find each other leads through many misunderstandings, role reversals, laughter and tear-provoking scenes.
